Encik Mohd Rani Dali bin Samsudin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration, which he completed in 1984 and 1986, respectively, from Western Illinois University, Illinois, USA.

With over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Encik Mohd Rani has worked with prominent institutions such as Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, Malaysia International Merchant Bank, and Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in a wide range of financial transactions and corporate exercises.

His expertise spans various financial products and services, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights and Bonus issues, Derivatives, Loan Stocks, and Margin Financing. He has also played key roles in Mergers and Acquisitions, Reverse Takeovers, Delisting, and more. His experience extends to working with both corporate clients and institutional and retail investors, making him a highly skilled and versatile finance professional.
